Josef Dolp
Josef Dolp brings over 35 years of international hospitality leadership experience, with deep expertise in hotel operations, customer experience, organisational transformation and regional development across some of the world’s leading hotel groups.
Before joining M&L Group as Chief Operating Officer, Josef served as Chief Operating Officer of H World International and Deutsche Hospitality, where he oversaw hotel operations and customer experience globally across the group’s brands, while helping lead business model and systems change.
Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President at Shangri-La Group, responsible for hotel operations, P&L performance and strategic initiatives across South East Asia and Australasia. He also held senior regional leadership roles with Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, with responsibility spanning Macau, Taiwan, South East China, Hong Kong and Korea.
Earlier in his career, Josef held a number of major operating roles, including Managing Director of the Sheraton and St. Regis Macau, where he oversaw the pre-opening and opening of the largest Sheraton hotels in the world. He has also undertaken executive studies at Cornell University in ratio analysis, strategic thinking, hotel asset management, scenario planning and managing change, and holds hospitality and tourism qualifications from Austria.
