Andrea Lim
Andrea is responsible for assessing M&L Healthcare’s potential investment opportunities and providing support to the executive team and portfolio companies. She works closely with the executive team, portfolio companies and appointed counsels to ensure smooth execution of company agreements and timely achievement of predefined milestones
Prior to joining M&L Healthcare in April 2019, Andrea was a Senior Executive in Changi General Hospital’s Department of Surgery, a public hospital in Singapore. For 6 years, she was overseeing the department’s annual budget cycle and manages the documentation of all surgical audits.
Andrea obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York, in 2012 and earned her Master of Health Administration from Flinders University, Adelaide, in 2018. She also holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, with a specialism in Entrepreneurship.
